Managing Partners & Co-Founders
Nicholas Danias was born and grew up in Santa Monica, California and is a graduate of the California State University of Dominguez Hills. Over the past 15 years, Mr. Danias has developed an extensive entrepreneurial background and skill set acquired through hands on experience in design, construction, cultivation, product analyzing and advising, as well as general business management in the cannabis industry.
Mr. Danias has built a vast network spanning the country comprised of cultivators, retail operators, entrepreneurs, private investors, and site managers. Mr. Danias specializes in relationship management, project syndication, logistics, and oversight of daily operations and construction, while simultaneously continuing to look for expansion opportunities.
Mr. Danias has an impressive portfolio of stores that he has designed, constructed and/or helped open its doors including but not limited to: The Pottery, Cannary West, New Age Care Center and more.
Lance Washington is a native of Los Angeles, born and raised in the Santa Monica area. In 2010 Mr. Washington co-managed a real estate portfolio with $400 million in assets under management throughout the United States for Califco LLC now Calitex LLC.
In 2011, Lance co-founded InnovativEndeavor, LLC, a real estate sales, acquisition, and management company based out of Los Angeles that was then contracted by Hilton & Hyland, Christie’s International Real Estate, one of the most prestigious brokerages in the world.
Mr. Washington then co-founded Mar Vista Partners in 2013 when he noticed an under serviced niche market with untapped growth potential.
Mr. Washington specifically helps oversee relationship management, deal sourcing, M&A's, real estate sales and acquisitions. He graduated with a Business and Hospitality management degree from California State University, Northridge in 2007.
Mergers & Aquisitions
Born and raised in Los Angeles, Demis is integrated into the rapidly adaptive culture of the city. Demis began his career as the Senior Analyst to multiple large and medium size funds, acquiring value-add real estate opportunities in the apartment, retail and storage space.
Demis joined Mar Vista Partners in March 2019, using his prior experience in mergers and acquisitions, real estate and finance to identify strategic opportunities in the cannabis space. He specializes in the creative structuring of acquisitions, dispositions, joint ventures and leases.
Demis graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Real Estate Development from the University of Southern California in 2014.
A Los Angeles native, David at an early age discovered his love for business and building long-lasting relationships. David started his career as a City Planner in the Community Development Department at the City of Torrance, and over the past 10 years, has developed a wide-ranging entrepreneurial background which includes real estate transactions, multifamily residential construction, real estate development and syndication.
David graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Urban Studies and Planning from Loyola Marymount University in 2014, and a Juris Doctor from Pepperdine School of Law in 2018 with an emphasis on Contracts and Taxation. Additionally, David has held a California real estate salesperson license since June of 2014.
Utilizing his city planning, real estate, and legal background, David brings a valuable skill set to Mar Vista Partners’ and it’s clients.

A Los Angeles native, Tyler has a deep understanding of the distinct aspects of the city. A firm believer in putting the needs of his clients above all else, Tyler is a keen relationship builder who uses his steadfast commitment to excellence to go beyond traditional practices and exceed expectations.
